That's why all our care staff are first aid qualified and NDIS credentialed, with Care Managers who are either Registered or Enrolled Nurses with aged care expertise. We take a person-centred approach where you remain in control of your care decisions, because we believe you know what's best for yourself and your situation.
We recognise that feeling understood and being able to communicate clearly is essential when receiving care. As a culturally and linguistically diverse provider, our team speaks over 23 languages including Italian, Greek, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, and many others. We know how much easier it is to express your needs and feel comfortable when you can speak in your native tongue.
We also understand that worrying about unexpected costs is the last thing you need when focusing on your wellbeing. That's why we promise no hidden fees - no setup fees, daily charges, or exit fees.
