Thank you so much for looking after my parents. My brother and I are amazed at the wonderful care given to them for the last 2 years.
All interactions with different staff members have been fantastic. The staff kept me up to date with all of my dad's actions. He was in there for a total of 4 weeks and appearded to be happy and well fed. I could not speak more highly. Sad to say 01st May 2022 I had a very caring staff member call me at 10.35 pm local time informing me that my father had passed away. The staff member showed me compassion. I collected his belongings and the staff were great. I thank all the staff so much fir such great service to the elderly and the families.

Emily and her awesome staff were amazing during dad's stay here for a few months. He had been in a fairly ritzy (and expensive) place before but the care was only ok. The people at Frank Prendegast House really go out of their way and provide a very high level of care. I'd swap marble hallways for the family atmosphere and caring people at Frank's any day of the week. Thanks heaps guys for looking after my beloved Dad the way you did. Cheers.
