The Residents Experience rating shows what current residents at Calvary Albury & District think of the food, staff, care and more. These ratings are from the 2024 Aged Care Quality Commission Survey.
Very disappointed in how this facility is run. We chose Calvary because it had a very good reputation as Japara but in the 10 weeks we have been involved I am very concerned about the lack of leadership and number of agency staff being used.
This place is not what it seems...people need to open their eyes....
Place is a sham, gone downhill rapidly, wouldn't put my pet in there.
Not as good as it use to be , devoted Staff were treated very poorly and as a result lost alot of the long term experienced Staff members who genuinely loved their jobs and our family members in care. Hopefully Calvery changes this toxic environment. The care I have noticed when visiting has definitely declined , Very sad to see.
Inept organisation, won't return calls, do not tell the truth, refused my 81yr old mum with dementia because she has paranoia and they said their staff/patient ratio was too small.
